I had SUCH an amazing weekend just being with my family. It was a long-overdue visit (6 months) and lots of fun as we went camping…excuse me, 'RV-ing' in Durand, MI. I drove 5 hours from Cincinnati on Friday to be with them and it was worth every single minute. We went on walks around the grounds, rode in Bill & Char's golf cart (Jack LOVED that), went shopping at the Ben Franklin in town & got ice cream. There was grilling, a birthday celebration for my aunt, and my grandpa even made the drive up for dinner on Saturday. Campfire, s'mores, sunny naps, and laughter. Good times, good times!! As a first time aunt, I of course have tons of pictures of my nephew. Unfortunately, we didn't get any pictures of all of us (I kept asking for it). Maybe next time. Anyway, I am one 'happy camper' right now! :)
